Osman Jouejati (HE/HIM)

Community Organizer, PCRG

In Jouejati’s role with PCRG, he works on the ground to build consensus and a collective voice around issues and initiatives the organization is championing. He also helps PCRG identify issues member groups are experiencing, find commonality between them and report them back to organization leadership for consideration and incorporation into its member-focused advocacy agenda.

Jouejati is a University of Pittsburgh graduate, whose studies there were communications-focused. Before coming to PCRG, he was a caseworker with the Jewish Family and Community Services refugee resettlement program.

He’s an active community member of the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh. In his free time, Jouejati enjoys playing and watching soccer as well as playing video games.
