OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The Outstanding Community Development Project Award is given to an organization or group for its work on an innovative and engaging community project that exhibits lasting cultural, physical, or social impacts on the surrounding community.

The Neighborhood Leader Award, given in honor and memory of former Mayor Bob O’Connor, is awarded to individuals who display extreme dedication to their community and strive to make a positive impact through exceptional leadership qualities, volunteer efforts, and dedication to community service.
