That solid background is also crucial for community members and stakeholders as it directly impacts the well-being of neighborhoods. The goal of this guidebook is two-fold: to outline key housing terminology associated with policies, programs and agencies – as well as to break down often-used housing acronyms so that community leaders are well equipped to engage in civic processes that impact them the most.
