COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AWARDS
This award recognizes outstanding achievement in the revitalization of urban neighborhoods in Greater Pittsburgh. Any project or program that creates a positive, lasting impact on the physical, social, or cultural fabric of a community is eligible.

Neighborhood Leader Award in memory of Bob O’Connor Award
Each year, PCRG recognizes an individual who exemplifies the late Mayor’s dedication to neighborhood improvement. A Neighborhood Leader creates a positive impact on his or her community; displays leadership, enthusiasm, and dependability; acts as a role model for others; builds consensus to accomplish goals; and serves on boards and committees. Those who dedicate a significant amount of time to the community outside of their job are preferred for the award.

FOUNDER AWARD
Mark Peterson founded and leads Bridgeway Capital, which manages $96 million and invest in economic opportunity and community revitalization across western PA.
COMMUNITY BANKING AWARDS
The following banks have been awarded based on the percentage of their total originations given to Low Moderate Income (LMI) and African American borrowers.

Dollar Bank, Highest percentage of total originations made in this category by a large bank.
Slovak Savings Bank, Highest percentage of loan originations made in this category by a small bank.
LOW-AND MODERATE INCOME LENDING CATEGORY
WesBanco, Highest percentage of total originations made in this category by a large bank.
Sewickley Savings Bank, highest percentage of total originations made in this category by an intermediate-small or small bank.
COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT AWARDS
Recognition of dedication to the Community Reinvestment Act, which has significantly impacted the quality of life for low-and moderate- income individuals and communities.
