HD423, the second course in the RHDFP Certification Program™, expands on the financial analysis techniques learned in HD420. Using spreadsheet models, participants will gain hands-on experience applying financial tools to interpret data and restructure affordable rental housing transactions based on revised assumptions. This four, half-day training provides additional time to explore structuring options through real-world case studies.
