Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) 

Learn how to finance and develop affordable housing projects, covering single and multi-family housing. 

HD420: March 10-14, 2025 | 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST

The first course in the RHDFP Certification Program™, HD420, looks at the analysis, financing, and development of affordable rental housing.

Participants learn the underwriting criteria used by lenders and the rates of return demanded by private equity investors to determine their investment in a rental housing project.

Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) 

Master the skills for successful economic development, including business credit, real estate finance analysis, loan packaging, negotiation, and deal structuring. 

ED101: February 10-14, 2025 | 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST

Participants in ED101, the first course in the EDFP Certification Program™, gain a solid understanding of both the basic tools and newest techniques used by successful economic development finance practitioners to assist small businesses and create jobs.

Participants analyze and structure economic development projects for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as commercial real estate developments.
